Online coaching includes ongoing support, weekly check-ins, real-time adjustments to your plan based on progress, nutrition guidance, and direct communication via WhatsApp. A workout plan is static — coaching is dynamic and adaptive.
Yes, back pain rehabilitation is one of my specialties. I design gentle, progressive programs that address the root cause of your pain while building strength and mobility. However, severe cases may require medical clearance first.
Not necessarily. I can design effective programs using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, or minimal equipment. If you have access to a gym, we can incorporate that too. The program is tailored to what you have available.
Most clients notice improvements in energy and posture within 2-3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically appear within 6-8 weeks of consistent training. Results vary based on goals, consistency, and starting point.
Nutrition guidance is included in Online Coaching, Online Personal Training, and Offline Personal Training. The Exercise Plan Only includes basic nutritional recommendations. Full meal planning is available in the higher-tier packages.
Life happens — I understand. You can pause your coaching for up to 30 days with advance notice. Your progress and program will be saved, and we will resume right where you left off when you are ready.
